Apply: Training/Admin Assistant West Coast Children's Clinic $18 an hour: West Coast Children's Clinic is seeking a skilled Training and Administrative Assistant. The Training and Administrative Assistant provides overall administrative support to ensure the seamless operations of the training department. 



Duties will include coordinating, tracking and supporting the agency-wide training and continuing education program, providing administrative support and coordination for the clinically-focused orientation training for new clinical staff, providing administrative support for Title IV E Training. Other duties include support of projects related to the implementation of the Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths and supporting other departments in the agency as needed.

How the Training/Administrative Assistant makes an impact:

Support the agency-wide training program including managing logistical details for trainings. This includes implementation of training schedule, coordination with trainers, collaborating with facilities coordinator to ensure appropriate training space and materials are prepared.
Provide support to continuing education program including creating required paperwork and maintaining training records.


Assist with coordinating clinically-focused orientation trainings for new staff. This includes coordination of scheduling and facilitators, maintenance and distribution of training materials.
Provide administrative support and oversight of monthly Title IV E training paperwork and documentation.


Provide assistance with implementation of projects related to the CANS as needed related to re-certification and training.
Provide administrative support for CSE-IT trainings and implementations
Position may involve community outreach (e.g., tabling) and event support as well (e.g., collecting signatures, sign-in sheets and evaluations)
Provide administrative support to the Intern and Resident Training Program
Key Qualifications (skills, abilities, and knowledge):


Bachelor’s degree preferred, with human services/social services experience
Demonstrated experience in administration of programs
Demonstrated experience in program operations with an emphasis on training operations.
Strong written and verbal communication and analytic skills
Familiarity with Word, Excel and Mac OS
Position Details and Compensation:

This is a full-time, hourly (non-exempt) position reporting to the Director of Training. Starting pay rate is $18.00 hourly, plus annual performance based comp, comprehensive benefits package and 403(b) plan.
